In a press conference Tuesday morning, the State of Hawaii Organization of Police Officers (SHOPO) endorsed Kirk Caldwell in his campaign for Mayor.
Citing his experience as the Acting Mayor of Honolulu, appointed by former Mayor Mufi Hannemann, SHOPO President Tenari Ma'afala emphasized Caldwell's consistent commitment to public safety.
